Description
Circa 1860, large mid-Victorian burr walnut centre table. The shaped top in finely figured, quarter-veneered burr walnut with a moulded edge and a foliate carved and beaded frieze is supported on 4 shaped, acanthus carved and garland mounted legs. With interconnecting X form, and shaped and carved stretchers with a central urn, over faceted feet with hidden white porcelain and brass castors.
