Description
Circa 1830. A large late George IV mahogany snap top solid mahogany breakfast table, the rectangular top with fine flame mahogany with a simple chamfered fore-edge, top rests on a large polished mahogany block, held in place by 2 brass clasp clips and a double clasp for holding the table in position, the block rests on a bulbous stem issuing 4 cabriole legs terminating on a curled toe with foliate carving beneath, finishing on the original white porcelain castors.
