Description
Circa 1820, unusual Regency mahogany side table, or work table (with the bag removed). The rectangular top with gadrooned and foliate carved fore-edge over a shaped, curved frieze with drawers to each end featuring lion mask handles with brass ring pulls. The tapering uprights have foliate carved bases, united by a carved stretcher, on foliate design, animal feet and brown porcelain castors.
