Description
Circa 1880, rare shaped, block front tall mahogany chest of drawers. It is possibly of an early American cabinetmaker’s style. The chest of pegged construction with a shaped moulded front to its top above six graduated drawers with shaped cast brass handles and escutcheons. It is all supported on an outswept base with cabriole legs and pad feet.
