Description
Circa 1900, Chinese quartet of carved hongmu tables with mother of pearl floral inlay. The beautiful mother of pearl inlay is on the top of the table and composes a pattern of flowers, butterflies and birds. The tables each have an open carved fretwork frieze, consisting of vine decorations. Each table stands on fluted, tapering supports with cross-stretchers.
