Description
Circa 1950s, stylish and unusual maple and walnut table, probably by Heals of London. The maple veneered top is crossbanded in walnut. The edge of the table has a triple moulding with different coloured walnut on each level. The undercarriage has four flattened chrome tubes which protrude from underneath the table to a flat section to form the feet, and rise up to support an undershelf which is also veneered in walnut similar to the top. Very stylish and sturdy.
