Description
Circa 1850, ormolu-mounted French kingwood vitrine. The cabinet surmounted by a polished top with a crossbanded frieze over a shaped glass door with foliate, ormolu mounts opening to an upholstered (newly relined) and shelved interior. The glazed bowfront sides with further ormolu mounts. With a small apron with foliate mounts, and supported on tapering cabriole legs with ormolu sabots.
