Description
Circa 1880, late Victorian ormolu mounted mahogany and marquetry ladies writing desk. The rectangular top with serpentine sides at the front, below lyre inlaid miniature cabinets surmounted by brass gallery rails, over a series of five drawers and fitted tooled frieze drawer, furnished with asymmetrical handles, raised on cabriole legs, terminating on brass sabots.
