Description
Circa 1800, Exceptional quality George III inlaid mahogany games table. The D-shaped top is in figured Spanish mahogany with tulipwood banding, over a brass inlaid frieze. This has foliate brass decorated panels, and is above square tapering supports with ebony and brass string inlay. This is all over a shaped inlaid platform, on four cabriole legs with fluted hips and hairy claw brass castors.
