Description
Circa 1880. Excellent quality large Victorian oak open bookcase. Surmounted by an architectural cornice and simple frieze, the upper section with one wide open bookcase, flanked by two narrow open sections each with four adjustable shelves. The base in a lovely figured crosscut oak with moulded fore edge with four panel doors with crosscut oak panels opening to deeper bookshelves, all sitting on an enclosed plinth base.
