Description
Circa 1920, an Arts and Crafts fumed oak centre table, designed by Sir Robert Lorimer and made for Liberty and Co, Great Mulberry Street, London. The planked pegged rectangular top with moulded edge is insert with a brass rule, above a cruciform frame, support linked by spiral fluted central stretcher a platform base raises on bracket feet is linked by a plinth stretcher, with a small pull-out slide beneath the top for cutting the fabric.
