Description
Circa 1870, Victorian oak library table. The rectangular top in beautifully figured, quarter cut oak with a green leather writing inset, supported on tapering octagonal legs with Gothic trifoil brackets on top and shaped buttresses beneath. This is over twin plinth bases of peg construction with a deep stretcher with brass protection between them.
