Description
Circa 1900. A quality well carved serpentine revolving pedestal. The top with a small presentation plaque ‘dated 6th July 1902’. The ogee moulded carved and shaped frieze resting on a large fluted column with similar carving to the top, all resting on a large flared octagonal base, the top section revolves with ease.
