Description
Circa 1880. A late Victorian gilded white metal three-piece clock set, comprising of a large clock with a lady seated playing a violin with a cherub holding the sheet music, beneath the cherub, the circular clock with a painted face, pierced gilded handles and Arabic, on a white variegated marble base with moulded edge and gilded foliate casting in a panel to the front resting on four gilded feet. The two side pieces consist of a pair of lidded urns with foliate casting on the top. Three bold handles standing on 3 legs with animal feet, resting on a variegated marble base with foliate gilding to the front. (Clock has been serviced and is working).
