Description
Circa 1840 Superb quality William IV large mahogany partners desk in excellent condition. The rectangular top with figured mahogany cross banding and a dark leather writing surface with a nice degree of “distress” and with 3 cockbeaded frieze drawers on both sides, with bun knobs with Bramah brass locks stamped S. Mordan and Co London. Supported on banks of 4 graduated cockbeaded drawers with mahogany drawer linings sign of quality, the rear with panelled shelved cupboards. All on neat enclosed plinth bases.
