Description
Circa 1810. A late George III marble top gilded and rosewood console table. The black and white marble top with 3 seventeen century Petra Dura panel inserts, a bird, an elephant and flowers. The top resting on a pair of finely carved and gilded cabriole legs with foliate carving on the top with bull rush leaves and a trumpet shaped upright finishing on a well curled foot with foliate carving on the top, all resting on a rectangular enclosed rosewood platform base.
