Description
Circa 1820, rare George IV mahogany child’s chair on stand. With carved top rail, fluted scrolled arms (with removable mahogany bar) on shaped supports and drop-in upholstered seat. The splayed rear legs and turned, faceted front legs connected by cruciform turned stretcher. The brass clasps securing it to an unusual, shaped stand on turned legs united by H stretcher.
