Description
Circa 1870, large carved walnut stool. The rectangular overstuffed seat with gros point, hand-embroidered foliate design and woolwork is in excellent condition. This is above a carved foliate decorated, shaped frieze. All supported on cabriole legs with flower head carved knees and scrolled toes.
