Description
Circa 1860, ormolu mounted Victorian Kingwood occasional table. The rectangular top with original blue velvet covering has a foliate ormolu rim and brass studs, and is on a circular ormolu mounted support. This is over an unusual three sided stem, shaped above and below with central panels of inlaid, cross banded, kingwood. There are further outstanding ormolu mounts and scrolling tripod supports with acanthus and floral ormolu mounts and sabots.
