Description
Circa 1890, unusual pair of aesthetic movement oak hall chairs. The tall, arched back with an ebonised fan and oak panel with chamfered edges, sits over a row of oak and ebonised spindles on an oak spar. The shaped seat is above a simple oak frieze and there are finely turned front legs with ebonised rings and outswept rear supports.
